The Southside Racing Club and its venues are committed to providing the highest standards of customer care and responsible gambling.

Our Responsible Code of Conduct describes how we do this. All management and staff are educated and trained in the practice of responsible gambling and ensure our members, guests and customers visits are safe and enjoyable.

The rules and regulations relating to the safe and responsible playing of electronic gaming machines, payment of winnings policies, self-exclusion programs, and Gambler’s Help support group contact details are clearly signed throughout our venues.

WAGERING & KENO RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING CODE OF CONDUCT

As part of this commitment, the Southside Racing Club have adopted the Tabcorp Wagering Division’s Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct and the Keno Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct as approved by the Victorian Commission for Liquor and Gambling Regulation (VCGLR).

RESPONSIBLE GAMING CODE OF CONDUCT

As part of this commitment, the Southside Racing Club has adopted a comprehensive Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct, and a Self-Exclusion Program, and will provide the necessary resources, both financial and human, to support the proper operation and fulfilment of the Code at these premises.

Self-Exclusion is an entirely voluntary process. It is an agreement the individual makes with themselves, for themselves. It involves no other person in any responsibilities – legal or otherwise.

The Southside Racing Club will take all reasonable steps to prevent a self-excluded person from entering and/or remaining in the gaming room. The Southside Racing Club’s management and staff ensure the availability of relevant support information for patrons within the venue.
